One Craft Fair Down!

Well, my dearest readers, I am super proud of myself, and I hope you are as proud of me. For the first time since I really got into crafts and doing shows, I made it through one on my own without the help of other crafty people. My best friend was a big help. Not only was she there to keep me company and in good spirits during one of the coldest, craziest days, she helped me lay things out, label, and get get organized. Big props to her because I am sure she was bored!
It snowed! How crazy is that? This is North Carolina. Southern North Carolina!!! This is not weather we are used to in March! It should have been in the mid sixties! Just crazy. But I enjoyed it none-the-less and was super happy to have everyone come out and support me and all of the other crafty/artsy people here in Fayetteville, Raeford, and surround areas.
I was shocked to find that more jewelry sold that day then knitted items. And bath salts not at all. But that is alright. I will take them to the next show and replenish my other stuff and see how it goes. I have had thoughts about how to better display my work and am always looking for input. If anyone has any ideas please feel free to comment below and let me know.

<---- The set up. What do you think?
Bath salts in the jars. Duh! Washcloths and bibs.

Knitted table. A bunch of baby stuff...two adult.

So here are some things to come:

1- There is a rodeo on the 15th and 16th where there will be crafts being sold. I am hoping that I get to show there too. However I am lacking some necessary items, like a tent and lights. So this remains to be seen.

2- Tractor Supply is hosting another Fair on the 30th. Not the greatest time since it is Easter weekend. But I will be there and I will make the best of it.

I really want to go to the rodeo to show my stuff. I love rodeos. I haven't been to one since just after high school. So, dear readers, keep your fingers crossed for me and hope that I can get the stuff I need for a proper set up.

With this I say goodnight! Until next time!

Oh and a happy congratulations to my cousins who just welcomed their first baby into the world, and my dearest little LB for finally cutting her first tooth! Many more to come Krista and Brent! Be ready for it!
